Trapped in a cage of glass they used to tell me that the outside world was full of people with bad intentions, my perfect castle would only reflect the color yellow on its windows.
I used to watch people pass by with their sad faces and would laugh at them, because I was happy wearing my pink dresses and my flower crowns.
People would get a closer look at how I would dance in my salon with my imaginary prince, they would say: "you fool, acting all crazy and delusional, some day you'll have to break that window".
but what I didn't know was that the glass itself was starting to break, everything was getting old and my dresses wouldn't fit anymore.
And so in an act of desperation, I got out.
It was so cold, so cruel, I didn't like it; the floor that I touched with my bare feet was wet and sticky, I felt disgusted.
I covered myself with a blanket, and then with a big coat.
I also got a pair of boots, boots that were the color brown, which I didn't like.
And then the rain came, and so I had to pick up an umbrella that I found on the street.
my hands were getting cold too, so I went to a store next to my crumbled home.
But what I didn't know was that, as time flew by, I had to buy a blindfold because the world I was living in made me blue, and so I closed my eyes and never bothered in seeing the real world again.
